I am a practicing neonatologist and Associate Professor of both Pediatrics and Bioethics at a large academic healthcare system. I received my Bachelors of Science at Siena College and my Medical Degree at Albany Medical College in Albany, NY. I then completed my Pediatric Residency and Fellowship in Neonatal Perinatal Medicine at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. My expertise is in clinician well-being and professional fulfillment, leadership development, communication, educational research, program development and evaluation, neonatology, and bioethics. I live in Upstate NY with my husband and 3 children.
